Product Availability:
We currently ship only our delicious chunky cookies.
Our dreamy cakes are available for local pickup only.
Shipping Carrier:
All our shipping is handled through Canada Post, UPS or FedEx, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive for timely delivery, please note that unexpected delays can occur. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Delivery Time:
We bake, prep and ship orders from Monday to Thursday to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible. Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. This way, we can guarantee that each bite is as scrumptious as can be!
Recipient Not Home:
If the recipient is not home during delivery, Canada Post will leave a notice or attempt redelivery. All other couriers will leave it by your door. It's important to check the tracking information provided.
Returns and Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we do not offer returns or refunds. Our goods do not leave our facility without passing rigorous quality assurance. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
Cancellations and Modifications:
Orders for cakes can be cancelled or modified up to 5 days before the scheduled pickup. Cakes cancelled within 5 days before pickup is subject to 50% reservation fee. This covers our preparation and inventory expenses reserved for your cake.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Local Pickup:
For local pickup, select your preferred date and time at checkout.
Bring your confirmation number for a smooth pickup experience.
You'll receive an email with the pickup location once your order is confirmed.
Baking Schedule:
We typically bake our cookies the day after the order was placed, and we ship them the same day it was baked, ensuring freshness. In case of any backlog, we appreciate your patience.
